About kAIversa
These Terms of Service govern your use of kAIversa ("kAIversa", "we", "our", or "us"), available at kaiversa.app. By creating an account or using kAIversa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
kAIversa generates short-form vertical photo carousels using AI (script + images) and, when you connect your TikTok account, publishes them to TikTok on your behalf via TikTok's official Content Posting API. Use of kAIversa requires an account and acceptance of these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you publish to TikTok using kAIversa. You agree not to generate or post content that:
- Violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Contains explicit or sexual content
- Constitutes misinformation or deliberate deception
You also agree not to circumvent rate limits, scrape kAIversa, or reverse-engineer our APIs.
TikTok integration
When you connect your TikTok account to kAIversa, you authorize kAIversa to publish content to TikTok on your behalf. kAIversa only posts content when you explicitly trigger the action. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's Terms of Service.
Plans and quotas
kAIversa offers free and paid plans, each with a daily generation quota. Quotas reset on a rolling 24-hour basis and may change with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled at any time; refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.
Termination
You can delete your kAIversa account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
kAIversa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or specific results from AI-generated content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or off-tone — always review before publishing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of kAIversa.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of kAIversa shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If you have a complaint, contact us first at the email below.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the kAIversa dashboard or email. Continued use of kAIversa after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
