About kAIversa

This Privacy Policy describes how kAIversa("kAIversa", "we", "our", or "us"), available at kaiversa.app, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the kAIversa service. By using kAIversa, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Email address. Required to sign you in to kAIversa via magic link. Stored in our database.

TikTok profile basics. When you connect your TikTok account to kAIversa, we receive your TikTok open_id, display name, and avatar URL from TikTok's OAuth API. We do not access your DMs, videos you did not generate with us, followers, or contact list.

Generated content. The carousels you generate in kAIversa (script text and slide images) are stored on our servers so you can revisit them. They are private to your account.

OAuth tokens. Your TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are used solely to publish carousels you explicitly send to TikTok through kAIversa.

How we use your data

kAIversa uses your data exclusively to operate the service: sign you in, generate carousels, and post them to your connected TikTok account when you ask us to. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Content generation requests are processed by OpenAI under our API account. Carousel uploads are sent to TikTok via the official TikTok Content Posting API. Both providers have their own privacy practices which apply to data processed on their platforms.

Data retention

Your account data (email, generated carousels, TikTok connection) is retained for as long as your account is active. TikTok OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your TikTok account. You can delete your entire account and all associated data at any time (see "Your controls" below).

Your controls

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the kAIversa dashboard — this immediately revokes and deletes our stored tokens.

You can permanently delete your kAIversa account and all associated data (email, generated carousels, TikTok tokens) directly from the dashboard under the "Danger zone" section, or by emailing adamovivan90@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We process email deletion requests within 7 days.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Magic-link sign-in tokens are hashed before storage and expire after 15 minutes.

Children's privacy

kAIversa is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the kAIversa dashboard or by email. Continued use of kAIversa after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
